Why should I join during presale?
Presale members lock in a discounted rate guaranteed for the first two years after we open. The first 100 members to join during presale save $155.48 per year!
What memberships are available for presale?
Premium and Standard memberships with biweekly payments only. Paid-in-full memberships are not available.
How much is it and when will I be charged?
Presale new members will lock in a special reduced rate for a Premium membership. A $10 enrollment fee applies at signup. You will not be charged recurring dues until Sylva Health & Fitness officially opens.
Card payments include a $2 convenience fee.
A $49.99 annual fee is charged 28 days after the center opens and annually thereafter.
Are Medicare fitness programs accepted during presale?
SilverSneakers, FitOn, Silver & Fit, and AARP are not accepted during presale, but will be accepted once we open.
If you are unsure whether you qualify, you may join using the presale special. If you are eligible once we open, your membership will be updated and credited accordingly.
Do presale memberships include access to other clubs?
No. Access to other clubs begins once the Sylva location opens.
Who can join & what are the family membership options?
• You must be 18 or older to join during presale.
• Anyone 19 years of age or older must have their own individual membership (no spouse memberships).
• Children ages 12–18 may be added to a parent’s membership for $8 biweekly per child once we open.
What if I want to start working out now?
Sylva Health & Fitness is projected to open in late Summer 2026. In the meantime, you can join at our nearest facility, Franklin Health & Fitness, here.
Can I cancel my presale membership?
Yes. You may cancel at any time before we open. Once we open, all memberships are month-to-month and require a 30-day cancellation notice.
Are there any other discounts?
We do not offer corporate or student discounts.
Full-time Law Enforcement Officers and EMTs receive a free Premium membership. Visit the center after opening to enroll.
Why hasn't the club opened yet?
Construction has taken a little longer than expected because we're making sure everything is completed correctly—not just quickly. We know the wait has been longer than expected, and we truly appreciate your patience and support.
When is the opening date?
We don't have an official opening date just yet. Once construction is complete and we've passed all final inspections, we'll announce it immediately. Presale members will enjoy an exclusive first week of access before we open up for the public.
Will I lose my presale rate?
No. Your presale membership rate is locked in and will not change.
Will all amenities be available when you open?
That's our goal. We want you to experience the club the way it was designed from day one, 24/7 access, equipment, turf area, group fitness classes, locker rooms, and Recovery Suite.
Will there be group fitness classes right away?
Yes! We plan to begin our group fitness schedule as soon as we open. We'll continue adding more classes over time as member demand grows and we recruit additional instructors.
Will personal training be available?
Yes. Our certified personal trainers will be available from the start to help you reach your fitness goals. You'll be able to schedule personal training sessions as soon as we open.
